• Emergency care covers both smaller injuries and life-saving treatment for heart attack or stroke.
• Tanner has emergency locations across west Georgia and east Alabama.
• Triage prioritizes the sickest and most seriously injured patients first.
• Do not delay emergency care to call billing, records, MyChart or doctor search.

Business office

For billing matters, Tanner lists the business office at 770-812-9566. Tanner says patient balances are due within 10 days of statement receipt unless prior arrangements are made.

Before visiting

• Stay home if you have fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or a contagious condition.
• Ask the patient’s unit before bringing children, large groups, flowers, food or special items.
• Follow staff instructions, quiet expectations and safety rules while on campus.

Carrollton campus notes

• Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton is at 705 Dixie Street.
• Construction updates and campus maps can affect access, parking and entrance choice.

• Use the official map before visiting offices across Dixie Street, Clinic Avenue or the Health Pavilion area.
• No tobacco use is permitted on Tanner hospital campuses except in designated areas.

Tanner Café

The Tanner Café at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton is open Monday-Sunday, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM. Breakfast: 6:30 AM-10:00 AM. Lunch: 10:45 AM-2:00 PM. Dinner: 4:30 PM-7:00 PM. Closed daily 10:00-10:45 AM.

Bistro ’49

Bistro ’49 is inside The Tanner Café and serves Starbucks coffees and pastries.

Lamplighter Gift Shop

Located on the ground floor near the Clinic Avenue entrance. Phone: 770-812-9585. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Chapel

The Carrollton floorplan lists Claudette Hayes, MD, Memorial Chapel on campus. Ask the information desk or operator for spiritual care routing.

Campus maps show multiple parking areas, including a Dixie Street parking deck and Health Pavilion parking deck. Confirm your building before parking.
